Our Origin
The history of Vibra goes far beyond its more than 25 years. The organization is a result of the success of a family-run group of entrepreneurs that began working in agriculture in 1934. Since 1970, their partners and managers have become a global reference in aviculture and food production.
Supported by your tradition, but with a vision oriented to the future, in 2020 Vibra starts a joint venture with Tyson Foods, one of the major animal protein producers in the world. Together, Vibra and Tyson Foods will expand your global reach, taking your innovative and quality products to even more consumers.

Corporate Governance
Since 2014, a series of initiatives has been adopted to ensure the best management practices in Vibra. Among these are the participation/ composition of independent members on the Board of Directors and executives with different trajectories and high degrees of experience on the Council and Board Presidencies.
Vibra’s governance model is guided by the commitment to do well, the zeal of its employees, and the respect dedicated to its shareholders and partners; ensuring business continuity.
Vibra’s management is carried out by two main bodies: the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, which have defined roles and responsibilities in relation to business management. In this structure, the implementation of the Corporate Governance process has the support of the Internal Auditing and Corporate Governance Advisory, responsible for ensuring alignment between the governance agents.
The Board of Directors relies on external members who are experts in their respective areas, and are the main channel of communication between shareholders and management.
Vibra’s corporate governance model also consists of a set of documents that provide guidelines and procedures to be followed by all collaborators and other stakeholders, in order to ensure operations that are sustainable to the Company.
